Coach Hirschman enters his 2nd season as the Head Coach for the Falcons. In his first year as the Head Coach, the Falcons made their best performances in many years, including one of the best throws squad in the GMC and the NON-Public A state group. Coach Hirschman coaches the 800, 400 and assists in the Long Jump.

Coach Liam Harding is the Associate Head Coach for the Saint Joseph Falcons and Coaches the Throws. Entering his 2nd year in the position, Coach Harding assists the Head Coach in setting the direction of the program and community outreach to youth programs. Coach Harding was a varsity Thrower in his time at Saint Joe's and was the Captain his junior and senior year.

Coach Wiesinger is our Distance Coach and also serves as Head Coach of Cross Country. Coach Wiesinger is an alumnus of Saint Joe's from 2019, where he went on to run at Marist College. Coach returned to Saint Joe's in 2024 to Coach the Falcons.

Coach Randle joins the staff in 2025 as the new Sprint Coach for the Falcons. Coach Randle also coaches for the Speedsters Track Club, one of the best youth Track Clubs in New Jersey.

Coach Malouf is the Assistant Sprints Coach for the Falcons. Coach Malouf ran Track and played Soccer in his time at Saint Joe's, and also competed collegiately in Soccer. During his 4 year tenure as a runner at Saint Joe's, Coach Malouf's team won 4 GMC and 4 Catholic Conference titles.

Coach Mike Alleman enters his 4th year as the Head Throws Coach for the Falcons. Coach Alleman is also the O-line and D-line Coach for the Football team.

Coach threw discus and shot put at Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School, and went on to throw collegiately at UConn, winning 1 Big East shot put title.

Coach Jeff Beane is the Falcons' Hurdle Coach. Coach Jeff joined Coach Hirschman at Saint Joe's in September of 2024, having previously ran collegiately at the University of North Carolina- Greensboro. Coach Jeff is also a Personal Trainer at LifeTime Fitness.

Coach Amari Campbell is the Horizontal Jumps Coach at Saint Joe's, specializing in long jump and triple jump. Coach Amari joins the Falcons in the 2025-2026 campaign. Coach Amari attends Saint Peter's University, where he is the two time MAAC champion in the long jump.

Sean Martinez is a Graduate Assistant for the Falcons, assisting in the Throws. Sean graduated from Saint Joe's in the spring of 2025 after 4 years on the Track & Field team, and attends Seton Hall University. 

Coach Andy O'Reilly is an advisor to the Head Coach for Mid-distance. Coach O'Reilly ran at Villanova University under legendary Coach Jumbo Elliot. Coach O'Reilly's tenure at Saint Joe's dates back to the early 2000's, where he was the Mid-Distance Coach. Coach O'Reilly became the Cross Country Coach in 2012, replacing legendary Head Coach Gary Trojanowski '72 (1981-2012). Coach O'Reilly also served as the Head Track Coach from 2012-2013, and continued as an assistant until 2024. Coach O'Reilly remains on the Cross Country staff as an Assistant Coach.

Coach Gary Wiesinger is an advisor to the Head Coach for Distance running. Coach Wiesinger ran at Union Catholic High School and Marist College (University).  Coach Wiesinger began at Saint Joe's in 2016 as the Head Cross Country Coach and Distance Coach, and now serves as an Assistant Cross Country Coach.
